Guangdong Construction And Decoration Materials Association is a non-profit social organization approved by the Guangdong provincial Civil Affairs Bureau. Since its establishment in 2008, the association has always been adhering to "union, pragmatism, enterprise, innovation" spirit, takes "building materials export, association escort”as Lead and actively plays its unique functions as government assistant, enterprise helper and industry promoter. After nearly a decade development, the association has become innovative leader of Guangdong constuction industry, vanguard of supporting industries in Xinjiang Province and pioneer of the Belt and Road, has been rated 5A class provincial association and first batch provincial example of party building in social orgnazations, won the only Association Innoviation Award of 2016 Guangdong Annual Economic Standings and 2018 China Household Industry Contribution Award and so on, is fully recognized and praised by industrial peers and government depatrments.
The association has more than 2000 members, of which 70% are materials manufacturers and 30% are circulation enterprises, real estate developers, professional markets, engineering companies and design institutes. They involves the whole industry chain including ceramic sanitary ware, lighting hardware,paint and stone and so on as well as related fields, such as intelligent technology, Internet and the Internet of things. The annual output value is over 750 billion yuan, of which the annual sales of council members of the association are over 400 billion yuan, covering Foshan ceramics, Kaiping sanitary ware, Ancient town lights, Shunde coatings, Yunfu stone, Nanhai aluminum profile, Gaoyao hardware and other famous industrial clusters. Representative enterprises include China LESSO, Newpearl Group, Dongpeng Group, Monalisa Group, Jianmei Group and Midea Group.
In the past ten years, the association has made full use of its own advantages, focused on the key fields of the industry, improved its service efficiency in an all-round way and actively hosted plenty fairs including Intellectual Building Materials and Home Exhibition of the China International SME Expo, Tianjin Investment and Trade Fair, Kunming Commerce Fair, Sino-Russian Fair, Asia- Europe Business and Trade Fair, Northeast Asia Expo, Western Fair and Guangdong-Hunan Economic &Trade Exchange and Matching Conference, built professional and distinctive brand activities such as China International Designer Festivel, Lanfang Parlor and Afternoon Tea with Chairman. The accosiation integrates resources of the up, the middle and the down stream of supply chain, promotes the consruction of Guangdong Building Materials Industrial Zone, Guangdong Oversea Building Materials Exhibiting&Selling Center, Direct Sales Base and other carriers, deepens industrial docking cooperations. At present, the association has received 3700 visitors from more than 60 countries including Russia, Italy, Cuba, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan and from more than 20 political and commercial groups of domestic provinces, municipalities and districts of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and 830 people from professional procurement groups. Relying on the development opportunities of The Belt and Road and Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Great Bay Area construction, the association optimizes the layout of Five Ones, which are One Industry Fund, One Industry Base, One Brand Exhibition Center, One Big Data Platform for Industry Voice and One The Belt and Road Exhibition, scientifically plans industrial blueprint and builds an opening and sharing global communication and procurement platform for Guangdong building materials industry.
